[Publib] Noise cancelling headphones?

We have a lot of computer-using patrons who complain that the library is not as quiet as they would like. I started
to wonder if noise-cancelling headphones might be a solution. They have come down in price a lot. 

1) Has anyone purchased noise-cancelling headphones and loaned them to patrons in the library? 

2) Does anyone have a brand to recommend?
