[Publib] Storing CD's

Make sure that if you buy a CD wallet that you pick one that won't bond 
with the CDs. The first CD wallet I ever bought was cheap (hey, ya get 
what you pay for) and the wallet bonded to the CDs. When I tried 
removing one, it pulled the silver clean off the disc and rendered it 
useless.
