[Publib] Are Library Printers Spying on People?

I saw something on this a few months ago in the media. Copying machines
often employ the same technology. So if customers make copies of
driver's licenses, social security cards, etc., those images may be
captured.
Apparently, identity thieves are buying up old printers and copiers at
auctions with the intent of capturing stored information.
