[Publib] ASP ILS Vendor info

Hello all,

 

I'm looking to hear from people out there in libraryland who are in a small
to medium size library, (Read: Large collection but limited $) who are with
an ASP vendor for their ILS.  I'm looking at this time to gather the
following info:

 

1.  Pro's and Con's of program

2.  Cost of the program

3.  Responsiveness of vendor & general like/dislike of company
