[Publib] working in a public library

I would definitely include those things in your resume.  They are relevant 
and could make the difference between someone mentally (or physically) 
placing your resume in a "nothing special" pile and into a "worth a look" 
pile.  Any experience, including volunteer, can be relevant. Your 
membership in ALA shows an interest in/commitment to/involvement in 
libraries beyond the typical "rookie".
