The answer to #3 varies according to the time of year. In summer when
staff are dressed in light clothing, it will be around 50 degrees. In
winter, when everyone has sweaters, turtlenecks, wool pants etc., it
will more likely be around 90 degrees. 

As for # 7, the best tool for fixing computers is the finger (no, not in
THAT way!) Turn computer off, turn computer back on. Problem solved.
Well it often works, anyway.
