[Publib] Follow up note about impact of library notices

I posted a request for experiences and opinions regarding eliminating
the two week notice for overdue materials.  From some of the responses
I've received, it's apparent that I should have mentioned the obvious
alternative - e-mail notices.  We do use them but at this point only
about 5% of our patrons have chosen that option.  We continue to promote
e-mail to our patrons.  I have received some wonderful responses already
and I think that this forum is such a wonderful resource.  Thanks for
all your help.
