[Publib] Access

[Hopkins County - Madisonville Public Library]

As it's Friday, and my brain has ground to a complete stop (also the last
time I ever did anything in Access there were dinosaurs roaming the
planet!)...Does anyone know of a simple method of making a form that we can
put information into an Access database, that can then be searched? I am
trying to put in a problem log for when we get 'troublesome' patrons -
instead of everything being on a zillion bits of paper that no-one can ever
find when they need them!
