[Publib] Library informational displays

We use an old PC with a looping Powerpoint presentation. It displays on
a 24" widescreen flat panel mounted behind the circ desk. Easy as pie,
gives the patrons something to look at while they wait in line
(including a lovely screen that asks them to have their card ready).

Hi, 

 

I'm interested in an informational display system that would use a flat
screen TV or something similar to display library announcements and
other information to the patrons.

 

If anyone has something like this, I would be interested in type of
system, manufacturers and what your opinion of the system is.
