Do any libraries (particularly public) out there use 2-way radios
(walkie-talkies) for any type of service you provide, especially ref
service?

If so, how was the proposal presented and how did you select the
equipment -- would you be
willing to share your experience? -- especially what you would not do if
you to do it all over.
