[Publib] adults in the children's area (AKA unattended children)

Ultimately it comes down to what kind of support you have from your administrators.

Even if you do the right thing if you are not supported then there is where it really sits.

Knowing all the weird interactions that can help how can we and what kind of training or outreach is offered to educate these people towards helping us.
