[Publib] Reorganizing Service Desks

Hello,

I am researching new ways of organizing our Adult Services/Reference, Youth 
Services, and Circulation Desks.  We are a medium-sized district library 
serving 25,000.

If any of you have reorganized your departments and have created a combined 
Adult/Youth Desk, created an Information Desk, or otherwise, I would like to 
hear about the positives and negatives of those changes.  How do you 
distinguish jobs/tasks between the "Information Desk" vs. "Circulation" vs. 
"Reference"?

If you have pictures of your new service/access points, I would enjoy seeing 
them.

Also, I would like to know how many FT/PT staff you have in your 
departments.
