I tried to call the person who so kindly assisted me in Massachusetts, but  
got a phone machine informing me that they weren't in.  So I emailed  back this 
thought:
 
Many thanks, Ms. Xxxxx.  I don't suppose I could trouble you to  inquire as 
to who does, or might, in your agency?  Or perhaps I could  simply find your 
supervisor and ask there?  Perhaps you could provide that  number?
