[Publib] Budget Cut lists

I am interested in quick, bullet-point lists of places to cut your budget...
especially from small and/or rural public libraries...(getting rid of the
library cat and cat food does not count... nor does getting rid of turtles,
birds, ferrets, etc.) Thanks in advance!
