[Publib] % spent on reference print

[Diane Greenwald]

I am looking for a statistic showing what public libraries of medium
size(serving 85,000, budget $2.3m) are spending on
print reference plus databases as a percentage of a materials budget. Can
anyone share this info or point
me to a source?
