Dear Michael,

I may be near retirement but I do know how to use a computer, I do read publib and I do interview and hire people.  And I would hazard a guess that I am not the only one.  Employers checking references may also Google their perspective customers since even the "over the hill" as most libraries offering training to senior citizens will atest are now familiar with Google.

So much for your theory there is not risk from a hiring perspective in posting messages on line.
