[Publib] Status update

Hi-

Just thought I'd let my PUBLIB friends (at least the ones who are *not*
on Facebook) know that I started a new job on Monday. See the new sig
file below. In addition to being a consultant, I am also going to be
serving as the state data coordinator.

Several of you sent me kind words, words of encouragement, and job ads
during my "hiatus." I thank you for that concern. The new job, and the
friendships I have developed here are part of what I was thankful for
last week.

May everyone have a great holiday season.
