Hello!

My name is Meg Park, and I am currently an MLIS student at the University of 
South Carolina.  I am enrolled in a Preservation class this semester, ans was 
hoping some of you could assist me with some statistics.  I need to get an 
idea of the following:
1. How much time is spent repairing books damaged by patrons?
2. What is the monetary cost of making these repairs?
3. What are some examples of damage that occurs?
4. How are damages handled in your library?
5. Is there any tyoe of marketing done towards patrons in regards to 
preventing damage?  To staff?
