[Publib] D_Skins to protect DVDs

The archives show that a couple years ago, people were starting to use D_Skins to protect CDs and DVDs -- thin, snap-on
plastic covers that stay on while the disc plays to protect it from scratches.

Can anyone report on how well they've worked out over the course of a year or two? One concern was that patrons
would just snap them off, since they go on and off pretty easily. Another concern was that they cost a dollar per "skin."

Any thoughts?
Reply to me and I will summarize for the group. Thanks.
