[Publib] A library story - Nebraska?

[South Berwick Public Library]

MessageA fellow librarian just told me a story, perhaps from Nebraska, about a town that wanted to attract businesses to help their declining economy.  So, they got together and built a really nice library which helped the town tremendously.  

Can anyone fill me in on this?  It might help win over naysayers.
