[Publib] Re: Library Cards...do we really need them?

The DC One Card was launched out earlier this summer. This card can be
used at Parks & Recreation and the library.  There's another version for
the public school kids that has their school name on it.  I've seen the
card around.  I'm not sure if there's a fee for it.
