[Babel, Elisa (DCPL)]

We lived in Joliet, IL for a year.  (My dad was temporarily transferred there)  Since I was studying French in high school, I tried to learn how to say it in French since it was named for the French explorer Louis Jolliet. I'd take the French pronunciation any day!
