[Publib] Budget cuts

In our staff meeting this morning, our director told us all departments will have to take a three percent budget cut in the next fiscal year.  (Our FY runs Oct.-Sept.)  I've sent him some of the coments people have made on PUBLIB, which I hope will help in decision-making!
