[Publib] Anyone use Landmark Audio?

Hail Wondrous Brain!

 

Hello all.  We're looking at switching our audiobook distributor, and
I'm looking closely at Landmark Audio.  Does anyone use this company,
and if so, what do you think?  I like that the audiobooks come
shelf-ready and with processing, if we want it.  I like the pricing on
the purchased unabridged audiobooks on CD (which is all we buy pretty
much) ($25-$55/pc).  I like that we'd get to choose which books come and
when in a standing order plan. The people also seem nice and very
professional.  I like it when the first question out of their mouth is,
"Is this a good time, or should I call back?"  

 

All that sounds great, right?  But, I'm looking for feedback from any
library that currently uses the service, or has in the past.  Did you
like it, why or why not?
