This was a very old message (very old being almost 2 weeks).  I must have accidentally included an attachment so it was held up.  All of the ALA Council documents are now available at the site.  The great ALA staff also changed the way the Committee reports to Council were arranged so you can see the resolutions that were within the documents pretty easily now.

If you are interested in what happened at ALA Council meetings most of the
