[Publib] Budget cuts - hours vs. materials

[South Berwick Public Library]

I vote in favor of doing all that you can to keep your acquisitions budget in tact.  If you don't have new materials brought in on a regular basis, then you won't have patrons.  Then you won't have sufficient traffic to support hours or  personnel.
