[Publib] bathroom walls

Hi,

We are planning to remodel our public bathrooms.  One contractor mentioned using  a product called Glasteel for the walls.  It is some kind of fiberglass that is supposed to be easy to clean and has a rough surface that might discourage graffiti.  Has anyone used this product?  Or, has anyone had any success with any paint or wall covering that would help discourage graffiti, or at least make it easy to clean?
