[Publib] Books and Kindle

Not everyone can afford a Kindle - I can forsee patrons asking whether we
lend them out.
Libraries by books; libraries buy books from Amazon. Why not lend/exchange
titles
at the library? - The library was intended as a point of access for all
regardless of means. I'm all for progress but I'm not about to roll over on
the concept of libraries disappearing for only the financially capable being
able to enjoy the combination of technology and a good read.
