[Publib] Thoughts on a Music Lab

I've only seen this mentioned in passing, but what would a library's
liability be for copyright infringement committed in its audio or video
lab? The thought of a library being attacked by 3-piece suits bearing
briefcases is a bit unnerving.

If you use the open source sound editing software Audacity, it will only
cost you the price of the computers. If you're really brave, you can
have a "whole studio" on each computer by using Ubuntu Studio. Both
programs are open source and cost no money. Audacity is available on
multiple platforms and Ubuntu Studio is Linux.
