Hello Rural and Small Library Folks!  The planning committee for the
September 19 - 21 ARSL conference in Sacramento is getting more and more
excited as registrations pour in!  Some of the events are filling up
fast, so if you want to participate in the Author Lunch, the
"Dine-Arounds" and/or the terrific local tour events we've lined up,
you'll want to register for them soon!  Hotel rooms are also filling
fast -- while we're sure there will be enough to go around, to get the
type of room you want, you should reserve soon.
