[Publib] Training Center Policy

Good morning!

I am developing a policy for our new training center room that targets its
usage outside of regular library use. Our training center houses fifteen
new computers, a projector, a screen, and wireless laptop Internet access.
The room is currently not in use other than daily computer classes (up to
two hours a day) and another six hours during the week when it's utilized as
a learning center (resume help, homework help, etc.).

I would like to hear what other libraries are doing and if they are allowing
businesses to use the room for training employees. Also, do you allow
organizations (i.e. Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc.) to utilize the room? Do
they have to go through an orientation before they can use the equipment?

Any and all input would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you

kim
