   I will say that this is the *only* database that we receive calls about,
if patrons can't get in.

   The pricing structure seems to be very ... well shall we say variable
without reason.  However it has be come more reasonable in the last few
years.  I've been pleased with my last few reps. Public and staff training
classes are part of the contract.

  Gale has a business product that they say is similar, but I don't want to
loose loyal users now that the price isn't rising all the time.

   It would be nice if you could download more at at time, but patrons seem
to learn how to work with the limitation pretty fast.
