Something else that may be nice to have for your visually impaired patrons
that is not too much money is a large print keyboard. It's a regular
keyboard, only the letter or number fills the top of the key.

Tracy,
Maybe they would feel more comfortable with this solution (if you have a
'roller ball' mouse):
- click on 'ctrl' and roll the 'mouse wheel' away from you. As you do, the
print gets larger and larger
- when you want to return to 'normal' size print, click 'crtl' and 0 (that's
the number zero, not the cap. letter O)

I have two senior citizens that use our computers on a regular basis
who have very bad eyesite. I have shown them how to use the magnifier
available (from the Start - accessories - accessorize - magnify) but they
don't like the way it bobbles about. They prefer to use the magnifying
glasses they bring with them to using this tool. I know there must be a
better solution out there. Can you help?
We are a very small library that just opened in November of 2007 and
have limited resources. (I am the one and only employee.)
Thanks for any guidance.
