[Publib] new "Improved" NoveList interface

I had nearly the same experience yesterday! One of our patrons couldn't
remember the title or author of a book she had enjoyed. I went to run a plot
synopsis through NoveList...and the patron left while I stood there
scratching my head over a "simple" search.
