[Publib] RFID in your library?

Hello all, 

I haven’t worked in a library in over two and a half years so I feel a little out of the loop as far as library culture goes.  The last library position I held was in California.  When I left that position we were in the process of  RFID-ing  our library materials and  I  remember everyone having very mixed feelings about it.   I’m now enrolled in an MLS program  on the east coast and was wondering if there are many libraries using this system and how they feel about it?
