Staff to management ratio should not be much more that seven or eight

to one. Robot to management ratio can be much greater, but you also

need an oil can and a systems engineer. http://tinyurl.com/6eeee2

Subject: [Publib] management/staff ratios

Does anyone know of studies/standards relating to a good ratio of
administration (management) to staff in a library system?

Thanks,

Karen Apland
