[Publib] Wrock concerts at your library?

In connection with the kids' summer reading program this year, we may
have the opportunity to have a wrock concert (a new one for me, but from
what I've seen on the Web, and now knowing that one of my younger
employees has a Harry Potter-themed band, this "wrock," at any rate,
undoubtedly will be Potter-y) on our large expanse of what used to be
the public parking lot, but is now the staff and overflow lot, along
with grass and trees surrounding it. I suspect we will need to consult
with our attorney, just to check on liability issues. But *assuming*
that everything were to go smoothly, with no satanic children wreaking
havoc, et al., I am wondering if other people in publib-land have had
experience with outdoor concerts for the younger crowd. And if so, what
elaborate preparations did you make to assure that your event was
perfect and problem-free? (Even though my tongue was in my cheek as I
wrote that last question, I *am* serious.) Our lawyer and/or insurance
agent can tell us what they will, but I'd also be interested in
real-life experience, if there is any among the many publib-ers.
Thanks.
