Mr. Bush today signed a new law that affects student loans.

One aspect of significance is that if you have 10 years of public service 
and a 10 year history of paying on your student loans, they will EXCUSE your 
student loan. I don't know the details, but hopefully librarians generally 
qualify as public servants.
