Greetings Jeni,
Could you tell me why you would want to continue to host
your website? For $20 a month you can have it hosted with
many tools and security features available from a variety
of hosting services.
Tools would include website authoring
and tracking utilities, FrontPage extensions and survey
forms creation - along with expert support. Domain names
can be associated with any host. The widgets you can embed
will extend the functionality of any website.
On the practically free side, you could even use blogger.com
or other services to create your entire site. Amy Neilson
of the Exeter Public Library in RI created a great example
of this here:

Sincerely -

Subject: [Publib] Website Design
Hello,
I am trying to find easy to use online resources for creating
library websites. I'm looking specifically for templates where I can
just drop in our library information without having to know how to write
html code. Our library has its own domain, and we would like to keep
hosting the website. Is anyone using something like this for their
library websites?
Thanks,
Jeni Schomber
