I cancelled my account. They had a drop-down box where you had to select 
your reason for leaving, and then another box where you had to give 
details. I tried to skip that, but I got a message saying I had to give 
details. So I said, "The fact that I can't cancel my account without 
putting something in this box is reason enough to cancel my account."
