Customer Services Team Manager

The Marathon County Public Library is seeking a highly qualified individual
for the position of Customer Services Team Manager. The ideal candidate will
have management and leadership experience, the ability to train, motivate
and supervise staff, the ability to multi-task in a busy environment, the
ability to quickly analyze and evaluate situations and they must possess a
positive attitude. This position works within a management team to improve
the overall efficiency, effectiveness and value of all library resources and
services.
