[Publib] "check waste toner box"

Our Kyocera Mita printer is not working. It is giving me the "check waste 
toner box." We cannot find the manual. I have downloading the manual from 
the web and I have been waiting the past fifteen minutes for that to 
happen.

Does have any idea what I should do?
