[Publib] Interview Questions

I am a relatively new librarian who was given the task along with another  
new librarian of developing a tool that could be used when interviewing for when 
 we can hire new shelvers.  This is a part-time position that involves not  
only shelving books but also doing time at the Circulation Desk.  If any  one 
has a tool that they feel has been successful or any suggestions, please  email 
them to me off-list at the email address below and I will do a  compilation 
of them later.
