They may be more popular then you imagine and you might want to consider
signing people up for them and having a time requirement. Hopefully, there
is glass in the door.

Subject: [Publib] Study Rooms

We just opened a new facility and for the first time ever we have two study
rooms available. We are not sure how to monitor their use. we do know that
they will be on a first come, first serve basis but after that we are just
not sure how to handle this new physical resource.

If anyone has study rooms and can offer any assistance our staff would be
very appreciative.

Thanks for any and all assistance.
