Because it has been out of print for years, it might be hard for the
group to get enough copies....the very best Christmas book I have ever
read is by Max Lucado.
COSMIC CHRISTMAS is the title.

Most of the Amazon readers give it 5 stars.

I also would not overlook Barbara Robinson's Best Christmas Pagent
Ever...it is my 2nd favorite Christmas book.

Why not "A Christmas Carol"? It's a great book, and many people only
think
they know it through popular culture.

If they're into collections, I happen to like the stories in "The Worst
Noel." It is panned on Amazon but ranks well in LibraryThing, so go
figure.
The first story, "Donner is Dead," is very funny (and not as grim as it
sounds).
