I'd suggest Schoenhof's Foreign Books in Cambridge, Mass. -- just down
 the highway from Susanne -- but their website
 (http://www.schoenhofs.com) doesn't seem to be working.  Please tell me
 they haven't gone out of business.  They've been there for generations.
