[Publib] a vendor of Portuguese Language Books?

Hi:
I am still looking for a vendor of books in Portuguese. Brazilian Books
in Miami appears to have gone out of business. My dealings with Luso-
Brazilian Books were not promising.
Livraria Portugal demands pre-payment, to which the City refuses to agree.
The city also insists on a U.S. taxpayer identification number, which
Livraria Portugal and Livraria Cultura, being based in Lisbon and Sao
Paulo, respectively, do not have.
Any suggestions are fervently appreciated.
