[Publib] "legal age" question

Answering questions like this is the reason you pay your library's attorney the big bucks. I've looked at the Missouri Revised Statutes online, and there doesn't seem to be a search function. But it sounds like the age of majority is 18, as people that age can vote and enter into contracts.
