ALA president, Loriene Roy, was quoted in The Spectrum, online newspaper for University at Buffalo (http://spectrum.buffalo.edu), as saying:
   
  "The ALA has established the Spectrum Scholarship Program, which benefits Native American and African American students looking to enter our profession," she said. 
   
  I'm not sure if this is just for UB or everyone.
