If I was one of the innocent family members, I'd certainly pitch a fit
if you tried to suspend my privileges just because a family member is a
deadbeat.  Does American Express or Visa reject family members of people
in debt collection?  Not likely. I don't even think it's legal to
discriminate against a whole group for the actions of one.  I think you
should re-think this.
